I just returned from the restaurant, and unfortunately, it was not my first experience with subpar service. We asked twice for extra napkins with our wings, and they finally arrived just before our bill came, while my wife's napkin was falling apart. Once the game started, we didn't see a server for at least 15 minutes at a time. Not once did anyone check in to see how we were enjoying our meal. We really love the food, but the service has been poor for years and seems to be getting worse with each new management change. Has anyone in this place heard of actually working? It shouldn't just be a hangout for friends while customers pay for their lack of effort.

The service was slow, the food arrived cold, and we were charged a 20% gratuity for our table of five. Overall, I was not satisfied.
