I had wrapped her thick fillets in bacon together with two fresh ice pack chickens for a special birthday party we had. The filets were incredible!! The best I ever had. The chickens were also plump and juicy. My favorite meat market

Wonderful people and wonderful product. I cannot ask for better. They make you feel at home when you walk in. From the very first time your made to feel like family. Every time I go back I buy a bigger family package. The aged meat is fantastic. It is awesome how Roger and his beautiful family work with you to put together the perfect family package. If you don't like something on the list they would change it for something else in their meat case. This helps me keep my whole family satisfied.

For meat lovers, this is heaven. All the meat is fresh, not frozen. Every kind of meat you can imagine, plus their home made sides. Cole slaw, beans, stuffed potatoes, smoked sausage. This is a great place to grab the makings of a picnic smoked, pulled pork, some coleslaw and buns right on the road to Emerson point preserve. As business owners, we buy food for our staff luncheon almost every Friday. I'm starting to drool just thinking about it.

This is the best little secret in Palmetto. You MUST try their pulled pork, seasoned perfectly. The meat is absolutely great! They also have home made pot pies, check the freezer's for more yummy things.

Have been a customer for over 20 years and wouldn't consider buying my meat anywhere else. The shop is clean and orderly, the staff and owners friendly and know their product. Old school butcher shop where quality is king, where you can you eat better and get what you pay for.
