Dunkin' - PALMYRA

I placed an order through the app for a pumpkin spice signature latte for pickup. Unfortunately, they didn't include the caramel drizzle and cinnamon sugar that I had requested. The staff was really busy, and even though I ordered ahead of time, I had to wait a long time to pick up my order. I didn't have enough time to ask for a new drink to be made, and the label on my cup was correct as per my original order. Overall, it was a takeout experience that could have been better.

The only Dunkin' that won't prepare hot chocolate with milk—please sort this out!

The food is great, and so is the coffee. Nothing to complain about with the service itself inside either, the workers are very friendly and kind; my only complaint is the inconsistant lobby times. I go to dunkin almost every morning on my break, but im not always able to get coffee due to the lobby being closed. And I go after the lobby is supposed to be open, so its pretty dissapointing to walk up to find the doors locked. I sometimes walk up to the drivethru, but only when there are no cars.
