El Vaquero West (lake Monticello)

Went at the estimated arrival time and they stated order would be right out. Waited over 20 minutes and asked for an update on when it would be ready. They acknowledged they didnt even put the order in so had to wait another 20 minutes for them to make it. Food came out okay.

Excellent food! The prices are great, the service is good, and the beer is cold. No complaints, I'll be back! Btw, the place is super clean.

The food is good, but disappointed how the server handle a food allergy. The server was told very carefully (while ordering) about a very bad cilantro allergy, but the plate was delivered with guacamole that obviously contained cilantro... brought to the server's attention, the server picked up the plate, scraped off the guac and returned the same plate, with the remaining smear of guac across it. This is really unacceptable, and should be handled at the right level.

Tonight. The food was okay. The service was less than par. I tried to order Appetizer three separate times waiter was gone when I started to speak. So much for starters. This sales went as fast as the waiter who went away from our table.

Someone was thrown up at the door, which was my first idea. Terrible lack of service- we felt like ghosts when they blatantly ignored us. We do not recommend!
