Da Sichuan Bistro - Palo Alto

The Chinese food at this restaurant is excellent and authentic! The walnut prawns, orange peel beef, and shredded pork in garlic sauce were all prepared perfectly for my takeout order.

The Manchurian Chicken and Combination Chow Mein used to be our favorite dishes at this restaurant, but this time the taste was very different and seemed to be missing the authentic flavor. We wondered if they had changed the cook.

This restaurant is my favorite spot to dine. The food is incredibly tasty, with authentic flavors. While they offer American dishes, I have never tried them as I always opt for their outstanding numbing spice (mala) dishes, which are quite spicy but not overwhelming. They also have a great selection of vegan and vegetarian options, with standout vegan versions of classic Sichuan dishes like Dandan noodles and double boiled pigs. Some other favorites of mine include the chuanbei liangfen, garlic eggplant, and Manchurian chicken. The service is also top-notch, with the waitress always being very friendly and entertaining during my visits.

Classic Szechuan Cooking. One of the free Chinese places where I enjoy it. The food is very delicious. We have the hot pot and the tofu on a bed of chiles. If you love authentic hot Chinese cuisine, you will love this place

The one of the best of the best Chinese cuisine in the heart of Palo Alto. I loved the old authentic taste of Chinese food here, the spices they used and the sauce they used to prepare it give you finger licking good taste and makes you to come over and over here. That's the reason my mom is dying fan of only this restaurant and never eat from other Chinese restaurant!!! Customer service is very good, very friendly and fast with the service typically 10 15 mins for waiting services to dine in. They have Chinese beer ? good taste, loved all the cold appetizers here...
