Palo Alto Creamery

We were in the mood for a nice dinner, and Palo Alto Creamery came up as an option. From the online dinner menu, you wouldn't expect the restaurant to have the charm of a retro diner. We ordered the steak meal, cherry crumb pie, and some Palo Alto beers. The staff was friendly, the meals were securely packaged, and the food was fantastic. Thank you for a wonderful last meal here in Palo Alto, CA!

The service and baked goods here are fantastic! The outdoor patio, equipped with heat lamps, offers a lovely dining option during the pandemic. While the cocktails and sandwiches are slightly pricier than expected and could use a bit more flavor, the turkey chili is delicious and shows the skill and effort that went into making it. I also want to emphasize that the entire staff is friendly and well-informed about the menu. And be sure not to miss out on dessert; it's a must-try!

The service here is exceptional, and the food is incredibly delicious. I always enjoy coming back and placing my orders again.

Fall/Winter Seasonal Milkshakes are my favroite. Pumpkin and Eggnog are not to be missed! Everything on the menu is delicious and I love the old school diner feel. Customer service is great. Their ranch is one of my favourite things, and I take my ranch side seriously.

The only real downside here that I have to seriously dock a star for is the paper straws. Christ, they are horrible. Please look into another brand of paper straws that is more durable and doesn't soggy/break apart when you go to sip the milkshake. Or consider switching back to plastic or some bamboo variant that doesn't break apart. The milkshakes are impossible to drink with a paper straw because of the extra effort you have to exert to get such a thick liquid up. You end up weakening the entire structure of the paper straw and the top becomes frayed and gross. We had to go back to downing it with spoons and cups.
