Pizza Studio - Palo Alto

This place is awesome it's like a sub shop where you can build your own sub. But here you pick your own crust, sauce and then all the toppings you want on it. Then they send it through the oven and it's done very quickly and ready to eat in no time. I wish there were more of them around!

My girlfriend and I opted for Pizza Studio this evening after reading some disappointing reviews of the local Domino's. We both had a great time picking out our own ingredients and creating our pizzas! They bake the pizza right in front of you, and it turned out delicious. The prices were very fair, and we were pleasantly surprised by how friendly the staff was. We highly recommend this place!

This restaurant is fantastic! Initially, I was skeptical about the idea of building my own pizza and then seeing it quickly cooked in a convection oven, but the outcome was impressive. The variety and quality of the toppings, along with the different crust options, were excellent. Although it operates as a fast-food concept, the food is of high quality, and the speed of service doesn't compromise its healthiness.

You can opt for arugula on your pizza, but at Pieology, you also have the option of adding croutons. It's all about trade-offs. If you join their email club, they manage to obtain your mailing address, birthday, and phone number, which feels a bit unsettling. However, they did send me a free pizza for my birthday, so that's a nice perk—though the whole thing still feels a bit odd.
