Samsung Experience Store - Palo Alto

The staff members I interacted with at this location (by phone in-person) were friendly and helpful. I really appreciated their professionalism and customer service attitude. (Especially noteworthy given the bewildering failures of Samsung Support another Authorized service center.)One thing to keep in mind--even when Samsung Support recommends walk-in service, consider making an appointment, if possible, to avoid long waits.

Told me they could repair my phone but after seeing a crack on the back panel I didn't need repaired told me they would have to repair that too but didn't have the parts so couldn't repair the things I needed repaired with the parts they did have. Fantastic guys ? really earning your 1-stars here! Woot! ?Edit response to Samsung: the reason they wouldn't repair the parts that needed repair with the parts that were in stock was because there was a small crack in the back panel that didn't need repair and was not in stock. Would you like me to translate my revue into Korean?

Now, I've been a loyal Samsung customer for ages. I've gone through a bunch of their phones, including the Fold 4 (which, by the way, is a total game-changer). It's nice to see a store that's as committed to Samsung as I am.And let's not forget the atmosphere – it's got that comfy vibe. You know, the kind that makes you want to hang around and play with all the gadgets even if you're not planning to buy anything (but who are we kidding, you'll probably leave with something awesome).

Very nice store, and all the Samsung devices are laid out on display, so you can pick them up and get a feel for the device before you purchase. The staff was professional and very knowledgeable, and it was a pleasure to drive the 45 minutes there to pick up my new Galaxy watch 6.

Had great service from the time I made the phone call and when I had my appointment. Thank you Oswaldo and Fernando. Call products and you'll get Oswaldo. Look for Fernando when you get to the store, but ask the guys are great there!
