Fernando the owner needs to address the management and behaviour of his staff! This was a very disappointing experience. Although our waitress was nice, well dressed and served us our food she was not around much as we sat outside, to attend to us properly. However, she WAS the only one out of 6 girls actually working, 4 seen here just sitting and texting and talking to one another. so we give her credit for her services.. The food was so-so, but overal the atmosphere showed us the customer was not important at Red Lion. However if you want to spend money on average food and watch some pretty girls playing on their cellphones talking amongst themselves...sure go waste your money. Lots of other places in Panama to visit with better atmosphere and food.

Nine of us came to eat lunch because of the great reviews but we were very dissapointed. Our drinks were mixed up and our burgers took an hour to get to our table. The burgers were cold and fries were cold. The restaurant was not busy and they had few servers just lounging around. Very bad experience for us.

The bartender Luis Miguel is ACES! The girls (waitresses)are beautiful but can definitely use Customers service training.

Totallh recomended! Great decoration, delicious food, great prices, great food, excellent service!

Nice bar for day drinks, not yet been there for night drinks, but the blonde girl on the front was great
