Firehouse Subs 23rd St. - Panama City

Place was understaffed to say the least. Wanted $5 for a water cup. Lady working at 10:56 on 6/10 is rude and heard the older gentleman call her boss. If she?s a manager this company must be struggling. This is the closest store to my job and frequently order lunch from here. I?d rather drive to Lynn haven then give the 223rd st store any of my money.

Kalij provided an excellent experience. Her customer service was outstanding. I will definitely be returning!

Way too expensive cost me 22+dollar's for a large sub bag chips and large drink and the sandwich was supposed to be warm the bottom of the bun was soggy Will never go back

But the experience got even better. This evening, I realized I couldn't find my wallet. I tend to misplace things around the house often, so I wasn't too worried. However, this morning, I received a message from the manager letting me know that I had left my wallet on the counter. Manager Carla took the time to track me down and inform me, so I could come pick it up. I was completely unaware that I had left it and could have faced a lot of trouble, but all of this was avoided because someone decided to be kind. Just imagine if we all chose kindness—what a difference that could make! Thank you for the delicious meal and for setting such a wonderful example of generosity. Much love and appreciation!
