Krystal - Panama City

These were excellent! I took them home, and even after an 8-mile drive that took about 20 minutes, they were still delicious. We got a great deal: 12 burgers, 4 small fries, and 4 small drinks for just $19.99!

The manager was in the back when I arrived. I went inside and called out, but got no response. As I was leaving, I drove by the drive-thru and decided to stop. The manager came to the speaker and was very apologetic, explaining that she was in the back and couldn’t hear anyone entering the lobby. On a positive note, the food was delicious and freshly prepared.

Every visit to Krystal's is consistently satisfying. The food is always delicious and served hot. I'm grateful they opened one in town!

Ordered 3 egg breakfast. Over easy eggs were cooked perfectly. Unexpected in a fast food restaurant! Cudos to these fine employees working am shift.

The wife and I went in for lunch the other day. It was typical Krystal burgers. I will say they don't seem to taste as good as they used to but maybe that's because I haven't gone there in a long time and I usually don't eat them except once in a BlueMoon.. My wife really loves them . It was her 1st visit to this place she had never had these burgers.. What was mostaggravating is is when we got to the window the lady give us our food but didn't give us our drinks so so we waited there for acouple minutes. She then came to the window and asked if everything was OK I guess because we've been sitting there for a littlewhile after she gives us our food. I told her we were still waiting on our drinks and she said oh sorry about that and askedwhat our drinks were. She said that was 2 sprites right? I answered her no it was 2 Dr Pepper's. She said OK1 second andhanded us a couple of drinks about 30 seconds later translator and it was 2 sprites not too Dr Pepper's like I had reiterated toher . The only thing I can think of is maybe because they were understaffed Be that as it may it was not busy at all.
