The Swan - Pangbourne

Fantastic setting coupled with very helpful and accommodating employees. for a drink at the river, sporn of the moment brunch or a famous meal, have always found the fascin to be a great place.

Found the venue by mistake whilst having a leisurely drive in the country and were pleasantly surprised. We had a very warm welcome from the manager and staff. They were very accommodating as we had our fur baby with us and she was spoilt with treats and “cat infused water” the menu had a good variety and the portions were large. We had a superb lunch, compliments to the Chef. The location is beautiful with a large patio area overlooking the river and we look forward to returning soon

Great pub in a very pretty location by the river. Food was excellent and we were looked after so well by the lovely Hubert. Would def recommend!

Great riverside location. Only had fish and chips so can't comment too much on the food suffice to say it was decent. Unlike some of the other reviews, from bar staff to the waitresses the service was great. Once sat down outside with initial drinks, we were waited on promptly and food arrived quickly despite being busy.

Lovely old pub on banks of Thames at Pangbourne. Views across river, nice terrace when weather is good. Friendly staff, simple, but well cooked food. Not cheap, but paying for location. Car parking a squeeze, great for watching the comings and goings on the river.
