Saffron has a buffet on Saturdays for 999 pesos that is not bad. Seafood, beef, chicken. Not a large set of options but decent. They added ~10% automatic service charge to my bill which I don't like. Happy hour is 5-7pm and has 2-for-1 cocktaila. Unfortunately the cocktails are weak. Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly. There were a number of families here for dinner.
