The service was poor; we waited an hour for our food.

When I asked for a refill, we were already eating, but my drink still wasn't refilled. They also didn’t serve any water. Since I was close to the counter, I told the cashier that I wouldn’t be paying for the bottomless iced tea because they only served me one glass, and the cashier actually agreed with me. This was the worst service my girlfriend and I have ever experienced. It was our first time eating here, and we have no plans to come back. Maybe they thought I couldn't pay because of a small tear in my clothes, which might have made them assume I was broke. THIS IS THE WORST RESTAURANT WE'VE EVER BEEN TO. Damn it!

I recently visited a new restaurant called Insal 1914, and I had a wonderful experience! The service was very friendly, and the food was fantastic—especially the pinapaitan, which was delightful. The chicken was incredibly tasty, and I enjoyed my milk tea as well. They also offer samgyupsal, all at very affordable prices. I would definitely give it 5 stars!

I found the meat you served to be quite tough, making it difficult for me to chew and finish my meal. Additionally, the service was quite slow, which was disappointing. I hope you can improve in these areas so that I can recommend your restaurant to others in the future.
