The Manager and SAM cannot managed the service well and don't even care even the line was too long. One time, a customer that has experienced in field of operation went in paniqui branch inside Walter mart. The customer place an order of halo halo that supposedly for dine-in but he preffered to take out, because of bunch of customers on the list that still waiting outside. The customer #1 noticed that the line outside was too long and while the SAM keep on getting names and let customers waiting outside for more than 2hours. The service wasn't good enough because customer #1 instructed the manager and SAM the best thing they can do since they announcing that they have shortage of chicken. The customer #1 suggest to stop accepting and occupy the available chairs first to accommodate all the guest. The customer number 1 is working in manila as QA head and reminding as to stop accepting customer if, #1. 30 minutes before closing, 2. Shortage of chicken, 3.
