Yoshinoya Sepulveda Roscoe

First of all, I usually comment when the food is good. I wanted to start off with the staff is really friendly. Now for the complaint:I have been going to different yoshinoya for at least 20+ years. I was excited when the XL option existed, now I don't have to pay for extra protein that I typically do. The picture was my XL combo bowl from that place and it is more of a representation of a large bowl. They were stingy with the portions. On top of that, they forgot to put my veggies. The quality of food is okay. I also added the receipt so that the manager knows which staff work that day.I wouldn't have had to write this except I saw the two people before me get their orders wrong also. Hopefully, the staff would be better trained for the next customers. Sadly, I will overshoot this site and go to the next yoshinoya.

Unfortunately Yelp did not have the option to put Zero start. I asked for 2 large beef plate combos and they served me the same portion of beef bowls. Also, I ordered the new Boba drinks with light ice and they gave me half cup of drink. I will never come back again.

Ive gone to this location for as long as i can remember growing up and i happened to come here on May 16th,2023 at around 11:50 pm.All I asked was if I could use the restroom.I had just gotten discharged out of the hospital and was waiting for the bus because it wasn't going to pass for another half hour,I am currently 5 months pregnant and I explained to the male cashier that I am pregnant and that at all i needed was to use the restroom and he continued to be rude and sarcastically asked again if I was going to order something and I explained again that I just really needed to use the restroom and he said it was for customers only with a despicable attitude.I will probably not be coming to this location anymore at least not at night with rude cashiers.

I love Yoshinoya and this particular restaurant has a great atmosphere and great service.

I did have a great experience but one of the doors was locked. Not sure if it was accidental, or because of the neighborhood done as a precaution from people. Just wandering in who should not be there.That aside, my order was done quickly accurately and tastily, and would go back if I am in that part of the neighborhood again.
