Dunkin' - PAOLI

Clean environment, friendly staff, great customer service!! I came in yesterday for a coffee and some donut holes, and the staff was very interactive and friendly. I’m happy I made a pit stop here while being on the road for work!

. I recently visited this store with the intention of reloading two gift cards, and it turned out to be quite a frustrating experience. Unfortunately, the staff didn 't provide much assistance, and the manager 's behavior was particularly disappointing. Not only did he seem disinterested in helping, but he also walked away saying, I don 't know, which I found incredibly rude. I even suspect he might be the owner. Overall, my visit left me with the impression of an unwelcoming store.

Good coffee and very good service service is the best I missed them when they did the renovation but well worth the wait

Pitiful… had an order to go. Arrived at destination to sit down an hopefully enjoy breakfast and coffee.Breakfast sandwich was scorched on both side of each sourdough bread slice.Eggs seemed like the were cooked earlier during the week.Coffees were terrible.The Boston crème donut tasted like it had paint in it. I would assume that’s what paint tastes like.Sour cream donut was old, as well as the donut holes.Pitiful…Should have just went to the WaWa.Parking: Lot was empty

Staff at counter was miserable. Didn 't say hello or respond to my thank you please . Reached into ice bin without any gloves and I could see him touching my ice as he was filling cup. I just threw my drink out on the way out as I didn 't want to deal with a refund. Overall I 'd eat the donuts because they aren 't made on site but it doesn 't look like they follow any food safety protocols. I 'll stick to the acme donuts from now on.
