Írjon visszajelzéstI ordered lamb kebabs and a noodle thread salad today and everything was very good quality and so delicious! Very happy! Will definitely come back: 27.02.22 Mantas were so tasty!!! Thank you again, friends!
Authentic xinjiang style cuisine served with non of the polish and shine you 'd find in typical restaurants. But there lied it 's appeal. The food is humble, much like what you 'd find if you were having a meal at your grandparents. For me, the highlights were the grilled lamb skewers, baked buns and the hand made noodles. The lamb was grilled just right where the meat was wrapped in a thin layer of caramelisation but without charring. Each mouth full was a good balance of lean and fat cuts such that it was juice and tender without being overwhelmingly fatty or dry. The marinate too was sublime, with just the right touch of cumin, salt and chilli powder. Even the kids loved it. The baked buns came out looking like pastries with their golden coat of shiny egg wash. The texture was like naan but more 'eggy '. Inside you 'll find minced lamb and melted cheese. And oh so yummy.! The noodle, I thoroughly enjoyed. Again, the sauce is simple but the hero is the noodle. They are handmade, each one consistent in thickness, cooked perfectly to their rustic equivalence of al 'dente. I can 't help but wonder what this will be like if I replaced it with all of my favourite pasta sauce. Prices are very reasonable. Proprietor prefers cash payments but will take cards.
We had a family dinner here a few weeks ago, and everything was absolutely delicious! I grew up eating this type of cuisine and had really missed it until my sister found this place. It’s amazing! The food is very authentic and tastes just like what my parents used to make. My favorites were the shashlik, the vermicelli salad, the pilaf (rice with carrots and lamb), and the manti with pumpkin and lamb, among many other dishes. I love it, love it, love it, and I will definitely be making this my go-to spot whenever I crave the comfort foods from my childhood.
The food is incredible! Every dish I've tried has been a true delight, and I can’t wait to explore more of the menu. The sweet version of the yogurt drink (Ayran) is fantastic; it tastes like a fresher and tastier version of buttermilk. I've been here twice already, and I’m eagerly looking forward to my next visit!
If you go, you must try the hearty Chu'chura, a delightful tiny dumpling soup. It pairs perfectly with the delicious lamb kebabs. There are plenty of other dishes to explore, which keeps us coming back for another taste of Xinjiang cuisine.
