Tamolly's Of Paragould

I've been working here, so I have first hand knowledge and experience in this store. The food is always hot, it is not microwave, but all plates are led through an oven to keep your food longer at the table. Most employees are not friendly and are either trained now, not investing with customers or simply not have this ability. Service is a gate up, today there were 2 servers with 6 tables and we waited 13min before our order was taken other times our servers are super fast. Lunch special 7 with white cheese dip is always a good choice. Nothing in the menu is spicy so you don't have to worry about it. Before you go try the cinnamollys.g

We love TaMolly's in Jonesboro, but this was not nearly as good. Food was old it was lunchtime) so maybe from yesterday? I'm not sure what all was going on. The chili sauce on Mom's meal was scorched so we sent it back. . Twice before we got her one with white cheese sauce. Just not a good experience. Hopefully it was just a bad day for them and not an all the time issue.

I feel so bad for the fine folks of Paragould, AR. I’m on the road all the time...love my Mexican food, and honestly, not really picky about it. First the bad. Salsa was a watered down tasteless bowl of crud. Service really really slow but was friendly when they came around. Chips were stale, no hot sauce on the table, Ordered a Burrito El Grande. Was NOT Grande, just medium sized tortilla stuffed with seasoned Alpo. Now for the good...

Reheated portions of food. Better off to go to a regular Mexican restaurant or better yet buy some frozen burritos from your local grocery store. This Tex-Mex establishment is very underwhelming and has terrible, sub par food.

HORRIBLE. Tried to call in a togo order just now. Tried to substitute fajita chicken instead of shredded and the girl literally laughed at me. I said excuse me and she said ma'am we can't do that, you can sub ground beef. I don't mind that you can't sub but hey no need to be rude. Totally fine, happy to take business elsewhere.
