Waterloo Station Hotel - PARALOWIE

Been away to Phuket , first night back and needed a good steak close to home . Definitely not disappointed, service was great , food came out quickly and was cooked perfectly, been here many times and this was definitely the best . Don't know what's changed or if we just got lucky but we will definitely be back

Well what can i say from the minute you arrive they look after you the seat you and give you a menu and recommend dishes the ask would you like a drink then you order and you dont wait to long your meal is delivered to your table hot and very well displayed the only thing is they do not offer complementary bread or rolls as most pubs do but overall good

I went here for a birthday party with 25 other people and one person at our table received their meal in one hour and the other 25 of us had to wait two hours to receive our meals by that time it was getting late and a lot of the other customers had finished their meals and were leaving.

Place was crazy busy but food got to use pretty quickly and it was delicious. Ribs just feel apart, really well cooked. Only negative was that despite the insane busyness, there was only one person behind the bar and a 20 person line to get a drink. Would return again.

Food was terrible, meat in cabnet was so off it was green in colour. Poor service.. very very disappointed.
