Currently, they are only selling takeout products, and everything is delicious—especially the scallops, shrimp, and octopus. The octopus, in particular, is cooked to perfection. I would definitely recommend giving it a try!
I traveled from Weston, FL, to try the incredible ceviche at Paramount, and it did not disappoint—it was absolutely delicious! My only wish is that there was a place like this in Florida, crafted with the same love and flavor. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
