Subway - Paramount

Terrible service, the manager Vanesa cannot solve a single problem, they do not have customer service, the employees do not solve any bad service because they do not know what to do and they make fun of a buyer.

The service provided by Yamileth at this restaurant was extremely poor. It was evident that she was rushed and did not have a genuine interest in her job. While I understand that she may not intend to work there forever, it would be appreciated if she put effort into making a good sub instead of simply throwing food on bread. She made a mistake with my son's order despite him clearly stating it. I did not feel comfortable allowing her to make my sub, so I asked another employee to do so. It is difficult to comprehend how some employees fail to recognize that our patronage is what ultimately pays their wages. If you do not enjoy your job, perhaps it would be better to work at a fast food restaurant like McDonald's or elsewhere.

The service at this Subway is lacking, with employees appearing downtrodden and slow sandwich making. The long wait times and disorganized food prep also contribute to a disappointing experience. The only positive aspect is that the restroom is clean. For a better experience, try the Subway on Paramount Blvd.

Did not take my order. Continued to make a sandwich for someone that was not there.

If I had to rate this a 0 I would ! I came in yesterday to order food I had the worse experience ever here ! Ordered a couple sandwiches a soup , the sandwich breads were all supper old hard , the sandwiches were horribly made ! My soup portion was all way off the container literally closer to the bottom ! So I realized when I get back so I start eating my sandwich and it was so stale I was trying to injoy and really couldn’t so I ate half the sandwich then I’m like the sandwich wasn’t it so I open my soup and it’s half ways so I get my sandwich soup and take it back to get treated horrible I was accused of eating the soup cause I wanted my money back on the soup ! Then Vanessa the manager ! Says I ate the soup ! So then with her unprofessionalism as a manager she puts my money on the counter not in my hand !
