Five Guys - Paramus

The employees here is why I’m giving it a 1 star. They give attitude for absolutely anything even the amount of toppings you want to add onto a sandwich. My sandwich was made WRONG the ingredients I picked were on the receipt and they only added one topping are you serious ?They look dirty, not well maintained, they’re mumbling in the background. I now understand why every place in the food court had a line but five guys. Get a new staff! Five guys is so good but your staff is killing this business. It’s the same experience every time I go.. last time until I see different employees who look like they want to do their job.

I ate here last night and woke up with food poisoning. Not sure what went wrong but not a good feeling.

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered here for dinner via uber eats. We ordered two burgers and a regular cajun fries. Granted I know it was delivery so I didn't expect it to be fresh fresh but we're less than 15 mins from the restaurant and it arrived quickly.We regret eating the food tbh. It didn't taste great and everything (the bread and fries) were extremely soggy! Again, I'm acknowledging it was delivery and sure maybe a little soggy but it was crazy soggy and not enjoyable. After reading the other reviews I wouldn't even try in person to see if it's any different because it would be a waste.It was my first time trying five guys in over 5 years and it was extremely disappointing. Do not recommend this location!

Ordered a lettus wrap burger. It was Just layers of very wet lettus that is not holding the patties. At least dry the lettus up and wrap the patties. Unfortunately, I had to throw it away because the water made a big mess and tasted horrible

The fries are the best!
