Starbucks - Paramus

I had a pleasant visit at this Starbucks. The establishment is clean and the staff was attentive as well. The music was mellow which I enjoyed. If you're ever in the neighborhood stop by and pay them a visit.

Went inside and had ordered an iced coffee. Nothing fancy. Waited 10 minutes for it before saying something to the team working inside. Didnt like to wait for 10 minutes for a black iced coffee. Inside wasnt busy but it seemed they were preparing mobile orders and drive thru before inside paying customers. Would not go to this location.

Location is convenient but they are very slow. And they don?t announce the name of your mobile order so you?re left to guess if yours is prepared or not. They position the sticker underneath the sleeve so it?s actually difficult to check which drink is yours. I mean it?s a Starbucks so the drink qualities are largely the same but the service here is lacking compared to the other Starbucks I frequent.

Conveniently on route 17 south across from the Chevy dealer, they have a drive thru that will get you back on the road easily and a roomy dining area with plenty of seating and the usual Starbucks music that isn't too loud. The baristas are friendly and even filled my order when I picked the wrong Starbucks for pickup on the app. Starbucks coffee is the same everywhere so not much to say there. It is the people, service, and atmosphere that this Starbucks a 5 star location. Of course it is always a nicer experience when you avoid the peak hours. Decent service and quality coffee, but the busy drive through option slows down delivery of even the most experienced baristas. If you have to stop here, expect a wait unless you are just ordering a coffee.
