Excellent bakery. At the base, it is for diabetics (no sugar) but I continue because the quality of the products (viennoiseries and others) is at the rendezvous. For salt, I often take the salmon quiche duo and the salmon sandwich: a pleasure.
*BOUBOUBOUM BOUBOUBOUM BOUBOUBOUM* It's the sound my heart does, totally in love, totally insane of Eugene. The shop is pretty, spacious, at the corner of two rather quiet streets near the Porte de Champerret in the 17th. I had Eugene in the viewfinder since one of my neighbors had offered me (yes between neighbors in us we offer cakes it is normal a cake of this patisserie. I had found it really nice and good and as I always find the cakes too soft I was very attracted to the prospect of less sugars, more fibers, one of the Eugénesque slogans. Pif, paf, pouf, Mother's Day, I chose Eugene for the cake and the lightning trait was immediate as soon as I entered the patisserie. The service is absolutely top! They have rainbows in their eyes, a big smile, good advice and they breathe love and unicorn. I have the cakes, I wonder what I'm looking for. The cakes? Too beautiful! I took the mirettes for my greatest pleasure. Taste? Perfect too! I took a red fruit pie (4 pers. 22€ whose base was like a clafoutis in matcha tea and oat milk. It was light, super good, full of success! I also took one of their breads. A ball with kamut flour (2.4€ , ben it was also tip. They use artisanal flours so do not use flours of industrial methods. And while I was painting the cakes the co-founder (Christophe Eugène came to offer me a chocolate like this kissing love holds chocolate! And he was too good! Not nice! No acre! Sweet, melting, a caresss on the tongue. To put in your favorites illico presto!!!
The look of the marrow and the taste of chocolate. The raw pears were also very good. Type 3 Diabetes I think I dream often and test. Other specialties. I also enjoyed a semi-complete bread for its very good taste
Bad service and inflexible. Asked for condiments to do with their plain croissants and they apparently do not have any... the girl tried to sell me a large jar of chocolate sauce for 1 croissant! The pastries lack selection and are often old. Sandwiches look like they have btheysitting for a while. Disappointed and I would not recommend them!
