I usually come to clubs as a patron to guage how they treat their clientele, however since I am new in Paris and short on time I came straight away to speak to a...manager. It was a Friday night (Jan 27 . I asked to speak to a manager but the security guard refused to let me speak to anyone, and the woman standing next to him claimed to be the stylist for the girls. In French, they talked about how I was a stupid girl, and made nasty comments about how I showed up without calling. (I guess you have to call first, but I don 't have a cellphone. They thought I couldn 't understand them. Anyways, The stylist claimed that this was the best club in ALL of France not Parist, but ALL of France to which I replied sure and walked away. Pretty annoying since I was on a 1 hour metro ride and couldn 't even schedule an appointment with anyone. They also refused to let me see the club (Which is unusual for any club with dancers. SO all in all. If the front door employees are this rude, and speak nasty things in their own language about potential future co workers, I can only imagine how they will treat their patrons. I went to Penthouse instead. Lots of beautiful girls Friendly staff.
Wife and I were looking for a place to have fun and blow off steam of a lot of touristy things. It was €60 for two and to check two coats. Not bad for good entertainment, at least we thought so. We got downstairs to...a nicely stocked bar pumping out insanely overpriced drinks. The room was packed with patrons eating a late meal and watching one dancer on the stage. The music was slow, assuming it was for performance arts. I understand this is a cabaret not a strip club... But the wife and I both felt like we were in the scene from 'Taken ' when they bid on the girls. So we watched a few dances and paid a fortune on simple drinks, then went to The Penthouse Club.
I visited this Strip Club on Friday with some of my clients and I can tell you we will not be going back the staff were rude almost on the verge of being aggressive. anyway we stayed almost 2 hours and during that time we...were visited perhaps 15 times by some dancers which were by anyones standards below average one of the girls smelt so bad of body odour I had to turn my head. Upon a positive note the decor is pretty but a little tired and in need of updating. The club is also badly situated on a strange street far from anywhere so catching a taxi is hard I won't be going back.
I 've been a client of the Secret Square for the last 4 years, for both personal et professional occasions. I came again last March, for a Business diner, with a partner and his wife, and we all enjoyed the night. Restaurant service was swift, and...food tasty as usual (my advice, you have to try the Noisettes d 'agneau on the new season menu !! . Regarding the artistic part of the place, our table allowed us to enjoy the performance of a few pole dancers, without being obliged to see all of them. points for the dancers, that didn 't came all 5 minutes to offer to perform lapdance to our table, and allowed my guest to enjoy the moment there. all in all, allways a great experience here, even if sometimes the bill is a bit heavy on the beverage side, but hey, that part of the deal, right ? :
Nothing to do there, the quality of the show is 0. They are pretending to know pole dance, but the limit what happens on the stages is incompetent and unskillful movements around pole!! the funny part that they repeat all the same movements! i'd rather...advise them to sepdn some time and money to take some lessons of a real pole dancing and real sensual dancing! The food is more or less satisfactory but very slow service, cold and absolutely not friendly. I regret spending my time there. advis: think twice before going there!
