Very good bakery of the 18th with reasonable prices for hot dot or other pizzas and breads are delicious there.
Working next door, I'm going regularly. sandwiches, salads, bread, pastries and desserts. Everything is delicious! In addition, staff is very welcoming. I strongly recommend this bakery.
Whenever I come to Paris and visit my family, I buy my bread & pastries here. The owner was crowned best Baker in France a few years back and his baguettes are really good. I love his viennoiseries & pastries above all. His croissants when they come fresh out of the oven are just wonderful, and so are his pain au chocolat, pain aux raisins, and chausson aux pommes. Around new year, his galette des rois is a must eat. His tartelettes and eclairs are good too. And his savory recipies are just so tasty like his friand a la viande, his sandwiches and pizzas and savory bread. All in all, one of the best boulangerie in Paris. Hard to find as it:s not your typical touristy place, but their business caters to locals in the area mostly. However if you happen to be around the 18th district near la porte de la chapelle or Marx dormoy metro, I strongly recommend this boulangerie.
Anis bouabsa the baker was better and youngest worker of france and better baguette 2004. bread, tradition and leaven are better than in the countryside. the crescent is hot and the crust is scary. pastry shops have nothing to envy to those of Dalloyau, install yourself to taste them with a good coffee by listening to the brief desks of the regulars. excellent for a hearty breakfast. the daddy makes classic meals on the noon to eat on the spot or take away and on Friday he makes a very light couscous. on the same day, anis produces kougloff and chocolate or raspberry tropezienne.
