Excellent Basque and Pyrenean specialties (specially chipirons à la plancha) served in a beautiful bistro atmosphere typical of Paris. Sometimes it's loud, but still lively. the decoration is quite surprising and mix art deco and Chinese busts, but participates in this friendly atmosphere. the new manager welcomes you in a very friendly way and offers you the Armagnac at the end of the evening.
The place is authentic and despite the rather extensive and diversified map, the dishes are fresh and of very good quality. The value/price ratio is correct. The service is pretty fast and very pleasant.
Unconditional of the Tute and Manu from the beginning. The most difficult is to choose between all dishes. A special mention for duck hearts, Coche ham, Axoa, chipirons...
The best restaurant in the southwest to betting! a passionate lover, every dish has its history! In short, the place is essential.
