Tim Hortons - Paris

The steep tea triple triple which i buy was very cold and even i asked the team member to microwave it and they just did formality and got cold steep tea triple triple again and its being third or fourth time, this happened with me.

The incompetence at this Tim Hortons is astonishing! The place is consistently dirty, and they never get your order right. It seems like the owners and manager just don’t care. If I could, I would give it zero stars!

What struck me was how this employee's face turned bright red as she scolded my mother-in-law, only to follow it up with a smirk directed at another employee afterward. I was oblivious to the situation since I had just come out of the restroom while they were ordering. This kind of customer service is appalling. To add to it, during our last visit, we received a cookie in a bag that was completely soaked. Overall, I find this restaurant to be very disappointing in terms of both cleanliness and service.

Almost $12 for 4 BULK bagels!!!!heck no Tim Ho's, your filthy restaurant and lackluster staff made the choice easy. Never again.Can we ask men to smile when they take our order??
