If you're looking for a disappointing, strip mall dining experience that can hardly be called Italian, this is the place for you! It's even worse than Olive Garden. The food was drenched in grease—quite literally.

The food was just average, and the service was satisfactory. I wouldn't recommend the bolognese; the sauce was too watery and lacking in salt.

The food was decent, but the customer service left a lot to be desired. Even though the restaurant wasn't crowded on that special Friday night, we waited 20 minutes for our waiter to greet us and another 15 minutes to get his attention after we encountered a problem with one of our dishes. Eventually, one of us remembered his name and had to call out to him, as he never looked over at our table. We requested a simple addition to our order, and he said he would bring it right away. However, we ended up waiting another 20 minutes, and one of our group had to go to the bar to ask for what she needed, after which she was finally able to eat. By that time, the rest of us had finished our meals, which had cooled down while we waited. It was surprising that the manager didn't come over to check on us, especially since several servers were aware of the unsatisfactory situation. When we received the bill, we had to ask for a correction to address the disappointment one of our party felt, and the waiter eventually removed one item. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Great Italian food with a concise menu, yet it offers a surprisingly excellent selection. Enjoy dining outside when the weather is nice.
