Flying Sumo - Park City

The food is good and the service is great. Though I would tell you just get the mild or regular heat if you’re getting a dish with heat. You will burn your face off.

I eat at flying sumo every other week. They are normally very nice and accommodating when something is incorrect. I ordered online for a pickup at 6:30 and arrives at 6:20. They kindly told me they would try and it get it out. Then it was 6:55 when my food was ready. I felt it wasn’t handled well. They offered me extra sauce? After waiting 25 minutes for an order I placed at 4:20 for pickup 2 hours later was frustrating. Don’t order online just call when they are open. Apparently it was a Toast ordering platform problem, but the restaurant should handle it a little better.

Can’t beat having a beer and food at the end of the day

Had sushi tacos and three different rolls; everything was fresh and delicious.
