Reef’s - Park City

You have to go! This is one of my absolute favorites in Park City, and we always come for years! Everything on the menu has excellent taste and is cooked for perfection. The owners are the operators and every detail is taken care of. Fantastic!

We selected the chef's menu without knowing what it would entail. It turned out to be one of the best dinners we have had in Deer Valley/Park City. Every course was unique and savory. The lamb chops were phenomenal and the chocolate cake was so moist !

The server brought out a bowl of fried that was delightful! Then we ordered the sampler appetizer that was very good, our favorite was the Sangria. The chicken schnitzel was very good flavor and portion. There were no sides with it, but the sampler had plenty to offer as a side for us. We also tried the lamb chops which were well prepared, but we preferred the schnitzel.

I hate to admit it, but we didn't order a lot of food, and everything was absolutely fantastic! At first, I was a bit surprised by the limited menu, but when every dish is crafted to perfection, that's all you need. I had the Aubergine Moussaka, which was incredible—I can't even describe how delicious it was! If you enjoy vegetables and prefer a lighter dish (as I'm used to heavier moussaka), this was just perfect! My husband opted for the chicken schnitzel, and it was excellent for such a simple dish. We also enjoyed a wonderful dessert. The wine served by the glass was straightforward but good. I highly recommend this place!
