Windy Ridge Café - Park City

This little gem hiding behind their cafe was heaps of fun. They were patient with our questions and indecisiveness, which is always a good quality in a place where the more they answer, the more I buy. I have only tried one of the treats we bought so far, the fruit tart with a chocolate crust. The crust was decidedly unsweet, which I really enjoyed combined with the pastry cream and fresh fruit. One of the best tarts I've had. They close early, though, so swing by for breakfast or take show treats for dessert later.

Wow best almond croissant I’ve ever had. The blueberry scone and crustless spinach quiche were also amazing. 10/10. Very friendly service too.

Very nice bakery. With some of the prepared meals the chef should try not to add so much salt.

Holy cow this place is good! They have some of the best pastries I've ever had! Definitely recommended and will go again!

Fabulous bakery. The deep dish quiches are the most amazing my family has ever had. Cakes, cookies, breads and even dog treats!! All scrumptious.
