The employee decided to put only three slices of turkey on my six-inch sandwich instead of the usual four, and then he acted like he didn’t know how many slices should go on it. It would be nice if they could pay a little more attention when making your order.
This is the second time I've placed an online order with this particular Subway, and unfortunately, my experience hasn't improved. The first time, they made my wraps incorrectly, and the second time was no different. They clearly did not pay attention to my sandwich requests. I specifically noted that I wanted guacamole on my wrap, but they completely disregarded my request—this happened for the second time! I highly advise against ordering online from this location. If you want your order to be made correctly, it’s best to go in person.
I visited this restaurant during my lunch break, and I was alarmed to see the staff member working the line picking food out of the cold storage and eating it while still wearing their gloves. After that, they made my sandwich. This morning, I woke up feeling unwell. While the rest of the restaurant appeared clean, what I witnessed makes me suspect that they do not adhere to proper food safety protocols in the preparation area.
Went in and got me a sub around 8ish February 16, 2020 and I gotta say it was a good experience definitely one of the cleanest around and the mother daughter duo their that took my order great job to ya!!
The quality of this Subway location is great and I feel as sandwiches were of a substantial quality. The store was clean and the workers were polite. Social distancing rules are also in affect. Everything was fresh and delicious.
