Mcdonald's - Parkville

Pretty slow here and missing some items off the menu but the staff are friendly and they do thier best

Ordered a happy meal had to wait 10 minutes for a cheeseburger to be made and it just wasn’t worth it i would rather have just not got it

Send the whole team to do McDonalds training and especially the managers . At least the staff tried to understand. I bought a family Meal and paid extra for fish fillet.. they have 3 in stock and I took 1 cheese Tomato sandwich. I realised that I am not getting value for my money. So I questioned that I am loosing 4 dollars here . I was actually looking for a courtesy and could have walk away with any option. Instead she started explaining that the whole price of fillet is not charged in the meal and I actually got a discount. The lady who was sitting inside came and told the staff to just give any burger rudely as if I was asking for something which I have not paid. I literally has to ask for extra chips . Shockingly the staff try to intervene and make her understand that I am getting a sandwich for a price of fillet. You can do better Macca's.
