Írjon visszajelzéstMany choices for froyo. A crazy crowd of toppings. Staff let me also try a taste I warns surely about although they do not offer samples due to COVID
PLEASE GIVE CUSTOMERS THE OPTION TO PUT A LID ON THEIR ICE CREAM BEFORE BEING WEIGHED!!! Here's what happens: You go in, you're required to sanitize hands wear gloves due to covid. Awesome! Then you get your toppings, which are now in little cups so people can't breath all over the toppings. Great! THEN YOU HAVE TO PLACE YOUR OPEN CONTAINER RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE SEATED CASHIER'S *UNMASKED FACED* WHILE THEY'RE TALKING AND LAUGHING AND COUGHING ALL OVER THE ICECREAM! I tried to grab a lid before placing my item on the scale, and the person gave me a dirty look and told me not to get one yet. I don't care if I have to pay the extra 25 cents, I don't want your employees breathing on my stuff, especially because they all pull their masks down!
They charge by ounces in weight. Not volume. VERY VERY OVER PRICED. I paid $6 for half a medium size bowl of yogurt with NOTHING on it. Cold Stone needs to put a location out here. This company is a ripoff. They are in the wrong area for those prices. I will say the Strawberry Sorbet is good. But too expensive for my blood.
Came on with 30 minutes to spare. The shop was already cleaned up. We were able to get some Froyo, but the team would get us a table or chairs. Not a deal breaker but kind of disappointing. We spent over $15 bucks and stood around in the center of the floor. At least it's clean.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I asked the girl for hot fudge since it was out, and she told me she would fill it, but that I had to clean the container first. Meanwhile, she just kept chatting with her coworker behind the counter. When I came to pay, I mentioned that she shouldn't be too busy to refill the hot fudge. She gave me a threatening look, as if she was ready to confront me. As I was leaving, they both shouted "Have a nice day!" in a loud and aggressive manner. I retorted that I would fire them if I could. To my surprise, they responded, "Please, please fire us." These employees are truly detrimental to this business—get them out of your store!
