Pappas Pit Beef - Parkville

We had a 90. Birthday celebration for my mother last weekend in Pappas at Taylor Ave at Taylor Room. Wow, the staff could've stopped coming. I'm in the restaurant business, so I'm a very critical observer. There was literally nothing negative to say about our server, bartender and bus subscribers. Political, helpful and always there when we needed them. Management came to wish my mother a happy birthday and continue to check to make sure everything goes well. If you consider a function at Pappas, I would put it at the top of your list.

I was in the neighborhood so I had to swing in for a pit beef sandwich and a cold draft beer. Service was excellent and so was the food. I have never had anything less from Pappa's.

If you’re hungry for a crab cake, this is the place to go. It was wonderful. Service was exceptional. A hair on the pricey side but well worth it.

I just had my mother’s 85th birthday celebration there today. Joe was our server and he was fabulous. The food was spectacular as usual. Pappa’s is my mother’s favorite restaurant. We enjoy eating there several times a year. I always use the fine dining option for special family events. Thanks again to the hostesses, server Joe, the cook and anyone else that played a role in making my moms birthday a success�

This is an Awesome restaurant. The service was impeccable and the food was fantastic. If you want great food (especially the Crab Cakes) you need to put this place on your bucket list. This place is truly a 5 star in my book (and I don't give them out often).
