Awesome Location. Amazing, Freindly staff....always clean, well lit, well staffed. Handicapped accessible with ramp to lot. In store its open and spacious....wide easy marked lane for the line. Good parking togo pickup and handicapped spots by door although shop is in a busy multi store and restaurants shopping strip center that can fill up peak hours but there is always parking further back.Staff makes order and adds toppings (i find this way more sanitary than having customers access toppings but dont worry you can still customize your topping experience easily from how much to how many toppings..... over 2 dozen toppings are laid out behind glass and easy to see but protected from potential customer contamination. And staff keeps the line moving fairly swiftly without making you feel hurried in anyway!Excellent price to size ratio with huge topping portions...all flat rate.... to put into perspective you can get the same order for 30-35% less at pinkberry than at the other major yogurt shops whom charge by weight. Machines always work , rarely are they out of flavors or toppings. I love the take home pint... with 2 decent size topping containers... yes they will mix toppings in same container!! Huge topping selection love the fruit flavored bursting bobas!Whenever i go to the target or get food in the area i always come here...right by a post office too so great for a while you wait treat!Side note: I am one of those endlessly frustrating people whom frequently ends up arriving within 10 minutes of closing ...i work nights so its not by choice so much as necessity ... still, you would be surprised how many places close early or have staff that do nothing to hide their displeasure when this happens. NOT HERE : !!! This location has great staff that has never once made me feel bad for coming in last minute Also they will accept phone pickup orders (paying cash close to close which i find super helpful and convenient and many places dont...I cannot say enough good things about this place (I have been to most every frozen yogurt place in Sacramento and Pinkberry is my favorite, especially this location. It has everything; good price , convenience location, helpful friendly staff

I love Pinkberry ,one off the healthy yogurt I ever seen in Elk Grove,my favorite original and pomegranate swirl with fresh topping strawberries, blueberries and almond.very clean,great customer service.

Delicious yogurt and a wonderful variety of toppings including fresh fruit.

Limited options and the non-self service i feel takes too much time.
