Amazing Parma ham and cheese! Go!

A little out of the way. It was booked when I left, but the wine was great. There is a massive meat slicer where the owner releases Freebies from drinks, mesmerising.

Wonderful small place, great typical Parma bites (sliced cured meats all excellent), great wines, friendly staff. An enjoyable, casual, high quality enoteca.
