Bakers Square - Parma Heights

My wife and I went in for a slice of pie and coffee. Good and friendly service. I think it might be the last BS in Cleveland ? , well worth the visit!

New Years Eve late lunch at Bakers Square was yummy! I had the 4 Square breakfast. That tomato is from my nieces Grown Up Grilled Cheese which she said was also good. She doesn't like tomatoes so I asked the waitress to put it on my meal. The Lemon Supreme pie and Cheesecake was also delicious as usual! Stopped again in March 2023 and tried the Asian Chicken Stir Fry (minus the peppers since I am allergic to those) with corn bread. The chicken was a bit dry but everything else was fresh so overall it was delicious. The corn bread was especially good and I appreciated that it came with soft spreadable butter that was warmed up.

This is a nice, friendly diner. It’s the kind of place where the waitresses know the regulars and welcome them by name.The food is good and average. Not winning any prizes, but consistent and tasty. I particularly like the key lime pie.

I've never had a bad meal at any location. I think the portions are perfect. Not too much, but not too little either. Had the German chocolate pie, very good!

Most traumatizing experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant! I ordered over the phone and drove 30 minutes to pick up! When I got there, They didn’t except Apple Pay, so I asked if my electronic card numbers could be typed in to make my payment. The manager said no. So I had to ask another customer if they had cash app so that I could pay them to use some cash they had on hand. The manager started yelling at me, demanded that I leave, and called the police on me refusing to serve me! As I waited for the police outside in my car, hungry, cold, and crying from the extremely horrible and scary behavior of the manager, A couple knocked on my car window and told me they tried to pay for my food themselves and bring it out to because they felt bad and the manager told them no! They also told me the manager lied to the police and told them I was asking all customers for money because I couldn’t pay for my food, so them along with other customers had to take up for me and tell the police the truth. The police came to my car with free food and an apology for the managers behavior. When I got home, the food was disgusting! This Bakers square is clearly on its last leg.
