Dunkin' - Parma

I order strawberry coolatta almost everyday and I ordered it from here and it was the worst, it taste like a bad lemon coolatta and when I told them they said everyone else makes them wrong and they are the only one making them right ,yuck wasted money ,they weren't even apologetic. Never order from here on broadview

They have amazing hash browns! The drive thru line always looks longer than it takes, it's just an odd layout. The food items and beverages are well made, there never seems to be an issue with item availability, which is nice to have that reliability. The staff is always friendly and the store is clean.

The donut was dry, as if it had been sitting out since yesterday. I saw the clumsy staff member using his feet to check a box on the lower shelf. This will be my last visit. Rating: 1/5

No matter which donuts you ask for, they just don’t pay attention and give you whatever they feel like. Now I’m stuck with a box of donuts that most of the kids in my house won’t eat. Thanks a lot, Dunkin! I suppose it's worth the extra drive to Jack Frost, where you can actually go inside and see what goes into your box.

I absolutely love the hummus and roasted tomato toast; I really hope they keep it on the menu! It's finally something I can enjoy, so thank you so much for that. The coffee is fantastic as always!
