Subway - Parma

I have ordered online before and have never had any problems with this store. Today was a completely different story. Online said my order would be ready at 1:25 I went in at 1:20 They still had not received my order and could not refund what had already been deducted from my account. Also they were out of bread so they couldn't even make me another sandwich.

Ordered a meat ball sub and even had it toasted the meat was cold inside. I thought they were supposed to be a hot sammich it was nasty Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

This is the only subway that I have ever been to that is constantly out of everything. I mean, it's a sandwich shop that is out of bread at 5 o'clock?

The worst service ever. Two people working for a lunch rush? Not wise. Allowing them to drown in work doesn't allow them to serve their customers appropriately. Who every owns this location should be ashamed. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10

Ordered online got home and they didnt get the order right. The manager was suppose to call me the next day but never did. The parma store closes early or closed when suppose to be open. Do not recomend this store.
