Dunkin' Donuts - Pasadena

This is my favorite Dunkin' location! The parking lot can be quite challenging, so I recommend either parking in a nearby area or using the drive-thru. Other than that, the service is quick, the drinks are prepared perfectly, and the staff is consistently friendly and efficient.

This place never opens on time. The sign at the door says 5 AM, but it can be as late as 5:15. This happens Monday through Friday.

The employees at this location consistently do not wear masks or do not wear them correctly, regardless of the time of day or which staff members are on duty. The service is usually quite slow, although it has been a bit quicker recently. The accuracy of orders is around 60%; they often forget items or fail to ring them up entirely. Even when I've had my order read back to me correctly, some items have still been missing.

I consistently receive the wrong muffins with my order. I requested coffee, but they sent blueberry muffins instead. Additionally, the bacon was burnt.

The donuts were rock solid, and the wake-up wraps were extremely greasy—so greasy that it was impossible to wipe it off. The only redeeming item was the hashbrowns. I regretted choosing this location instead of the one closer to my home.
