This is an amazing place to come and eat, 5 stars no doubt! My friend and I were looking for a place that served artichokes in the Pasadena area and came through Google search over Houston's restaurant. When we arrived, the host was very helpful and helped us put on the waiting list. Once we notified that our table was almost ready, we came in and wait, then another host came to ask if we want to order some cocktails while we waited what we absolutely loved. Shortly after we had received our drinks, we went to our table and from the moment we sat at the time we received the check, we received the most amazing service. Our waiter Karla was very professional and always attentive. She made our dinner experience very unforgettable, we will definitely come back. The Artichokes were very tasty as well as the rest of the food and cocktails.

Food was great. Service was great. I had put in the reservation notes that we were celebrating a birthday but they didn't even acknowledge that once in our entire time at the restaurant not when we checked in and not so much as a candle in her dessert. Just would have been nice especially since I made sure to mention it in the notes.

I had the kale salad with chicken. It was disappointing. The vegetable was not tender, unlike many other kale salads I've had in other restaurants. I did not have an
