Lisa's Deli - Pasadena

Renowned as the best Italian cold cut by numerous patrons, I had to give it a try to see if it lived up to the reputation. It absolutely does! The crusty, thick bread pairs perfectly with the toppings, deli meats, and cheese. Just a heads-up: if you opt for the spicy peppers, it can pack quite a punch! This spot was bustling even before the lunch rush hit. I spent $21 for two subs, and the service was friendly. It took about eight minutes for my subs to arrive. I highly recommend it!

From the very first bite, I was hit with an incredible surge of euphoria that spread throughout my entire body. The flavor, the balance of meat to bread to toppings, and the bread itself—everything was simply perfect. I won't deny that I shed happy tears in my car in the parking lot. I will be raving about that sub to everyone I meet for the rest of the week, whether they ask about it or not. I fully intend to return many more times in the future; it’s absolutely worth the drive and any tolls. Thank you for this transformative experience!

I absolutely loved the stuffed cheesesteaks! The staff was very friendly, and everything tasted fresh. The meat in the cheesesteak was far superior to typical steakums.

I saw the reviews, “Best Italian hoagie I've ever had!” They we’re right. Delicious! There are few places I’d consider driving 50 miles for a sandwich, but Lisa’s is definitely one.
