Marco's Pizza - Pasadena

I’ve had pizza from here many times. It’s the best chain that I have had the pleasure of dining with. My food is always fresh, hot and delicious when it comes to my home or if I pick it up from their store. Brian is a true professional and it shows in the way he runs his business.

(Activated after talking to the owner) The first time I ordered at Marcos, the food was great, on time and the staff was nice. The second time the food was too late and we had some problems. This would usually be me from a food chain, especially one with so many competitors. However, I filled out the internal review they sent me, and the owner called me personally. He was really sad, interested in my opinions and wanted to do it right. After receiving this customer service, I was happy for the next time that my family wants pizza.

However, I gave it another chance and was pleasantly surprised! The first visit seemed to have some issues, but since then, my orders have been fresh and perfectly seasoned. The staff is always friendly and pleasant. Also, don’t miss out on their honey BBQ wings – they’re fantastic! Overall, a much improved experience.

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. I ordered a 12-inch pepperoni pizza and some cheese bread, which came to a total of $18.83. The pizza was delicious—definitely the best among the chain restaurants in the area. My family really enjoyed the meal as well. My kids said it was the second-best pizza they’ve ever had, and I agree; it’s become our second favorite. While it's a bit pricier than Domino's or Papa John's, which I can't stand and often regret eating, that wasn't the case with Marco's. Despite being slightly more expensive than our usual favorite, it has become our go-to chain restaurant for pizza. My only minor criticism is that there was a bit too much sauce on my pizza, but the crust and overall flavor were excellent.

We really enjoyed the thin crust pizza—it was excellent! We ordered a pizza with peppers, tomatoes, and onions, and it was delicious. A nice bonus was that when you pick up your pizza, they show it to you to ensure it's just right! Great touch. Plus, the tomatoes didn’t have any green spots, which is definitely a plus!
