Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

There for my birthday Burger and got the new Brisket Burger and it was fantastic from this world!!

Employees were nice. But most had ear buds in their ears. Seemed not nice while waiting on customers. Though there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. Inside was very clean. Food was hot. We had hamburgers. Fries were good. Employee waited til we were finished to ask if we wanted more fries. So that was disappointing. (Employee was not around much to ask for more)

4 Stars, because it was a little pricey for burgers. I ordered curbside to-go, and was not disappointed with their service. I ordered the Whiskey River BBQ Burger with sweet potato fries and they were both delicious! Full of flavor, and filling! My husband ordered the Fish Chips, it was decent, but they are mainly known for their burgers. My son ordered The Keep It Simple burger with Kettle chips, and for being a picky eater, was very pleased with the taste. I also ordered pickle chips, and was a bit dissatisfied, I ate about half and threw the rest out. Overall it was pretty good, just a bit pricey, about $65, with a generous tip. I would recommend, just be prepared to spend some money. It is a upscale Fuddruckers.

Right when you enter the Red Robin. You are greeted by a host/hostess. He/she guides you to your table. There is a tablet on the table where you can automatically place your order or just wait for the waiter/waitress. The tablet also have games for children for an additional cost. For the kids, they receive a activity paper with a double ended crayon to entertain them. The appetizer we ordered was fried pickles. There was hardly any on the plate. I had ate a couple before taking the photo. The sauce was good. The burgers were cooked correctly. The steak fries where great. Nice and fresh! When you finish your fries. You can ask the waiter for more with no upcharge. Like the fries being endless. There also other menu items that have endless servings also. Not just the fries. The mac and cheese was nothing to brag about. It's just mac and cheese, Endless also. I had no problem with the service. Waiter/waitress was always checking up on us every few minutes. When you're done you can pay on the tablet that I mentioned earlier. Card only on the tablet. For cash payment, you have to wait for the waiter/waitress to handle your transaction.

I ordered burgers ?to go? for our family this week and specified ?no pink? on my burger. When I bit into my burger it was raw, not what I ordered at all. I called and spoke to the manager to let him know how unhappy I was with my burger. He told me that cooks were supposed to temperature check the burgers and that this must have not been done. He offered to reimburse the cost of my burger to my credit card but never followed through. I will not be ordering from Red Robin again- terrible quality control and customer service.
