Subway - Pasadena

This is the second time I've ordered via the mobile app, and I've ended up with two of the same sandwich, even though I ordered two different ones! It's really disappointing.

The current owners of this restaurant are extremely rude and dishonest. I requested egg whites for my sandwich, but they ignored my request and used regular eggs instead. When I pointed it out and reiterated my order, they claimed they didn't have any egg whites. However, when I asked them to double-check, it turned out they did have some. Overall, this location has a terrible management that cannot be trusted.

Subway is one of my favorite restaurants; it's the perfect spot to visit.

The service here is a little slow even when you're the only person in the restaurant, but the staff are friendly.

Overall, it's a great spot for lunch. The staff is friendly, and the food is usually fresh (though I did experience a time when the salad seemed a bit off and the chicken was boiled). The downside is that the place feels somewhat unclean, and the bathrooms are often quite unpleasant. However, if you just take your food to go, you should have a good experience.
