Taco Bell - Pasadena

I customized my entire order and placed it online, and everything was accurate and incredibly delicious. I was very impressed with the excellent customer service I received when I arrived at the drive-thru. I will definitely return, and the prices were absolutely reasonable for what I got. The portion sizes were also quite satisfying. I really enjoyed this location and will definitely come back! Thank you!

I would appreciate it if the extra nacho cheese I added to my taco could be placed inside the taco instead of outside of it. Thank you to whoever thought this was a good idea!

We stopped by for a quick meal while on a road trip through California. I took a look at the ratings and specifically chose this Taco Bell in Pasadena because it had a 4+ star rating. Many other places along the I-5 had only 2-3 stars and a lot of negative reviews. Since half of our family is vegetarian, Taco Bell is a convenient fast food option for us, as many restaurants don’t have much for us to eat. I ordered a potato soft taco, and it was really well made! The potatoes were fresh and soft, and the taco was a generous size. My kids and husband were also happy with their selections. The dining area was clean, the staff were friendly, and the food was surprisingly good (for Taco Bell, of course!). There were no order mix-ups, which seems rare these days. Everything was just as it should be! I’m glad we chose this location. Great job, Taco Bell!

The food was, as always, spot on. I believe exceptional service deserves recognition, and the gentleman working the drive-thru was incredibly polite and respectful. It's becoming increasingly rare to find both great food and excellent service these days.

This restaurant is located just off Baldwin Avenue in a small space featuring three two-seat tables inside and two four-seat tables with umbrellas outside. The interior includes a large, modern, and clean unisex bathroom, suggesting a recent renovation. The food came out quickly, was fresh, and met the expectations you would have for a Taco Bell. Despite a busy drive-thru and an active dine-in area, the turnover was impressive. The staff were friendly and helpful. The drink fountain and condiment station were compact, tidy, and well-organized. There is a side parking area that can accommodate about six cars. I would definitely return if I'm in the area again.
