Firehouse Subs Road 100 - Pasco

Came in for a sandwich and after paying saw the difference between the hook and ladder and club sub was bacon, I asked to change it to the club before they made it the cashier said no.

Didn't want BBQ sauce so they only put meat and bread. No mayo, no cheese, and no onions.

Food was great. Ordered online, but despite showing up after the time it said it would be ready, it still took 20 minutes before my 2 sandwiches were ready. There was only one other person in the restaurant who already had their food.

Came in at 830 at night. 3 employee's in the store. Girl at register was not only taking money but making orders. 2 guys working were to busy trying to clean to help here. More customers came in she had to stop making sandwiches and take their order. 20 minutes for 2 sandwhichs. Don't come here if you are in a hurry.
